Re-Design of the website Gallery Weekend Berlin. In collaboration with Herburg Weiland and Bureau N we developed a new concept and editorial direction which goes hand in hand with a new design, to virtually capture the Gallery Weekend experience.
Hartmut Böhm is one of the most important German representatives of concrete and constructive art. In collaboration with the artist I’m In cooperation with the artist and his studio I am working on the overdue catalogue raisonné for Hartmut Böhm. The project is generously supported by the Stiftung Kunstfonds.
Conceiving a series of workshops for young Mozambican curators in 2018, with the goal of large scale exhibition inn Maputo, focussing on the visual culture after the independence of Mozambique.
In collaboration with Oriane Durand (Kunstverein Dortmund), Alda Costa (Art Gallery of the Eduardo Mondlane University), Jorge Dias (MUSART – National Museum of Art) and Béatrice Binoche (FRAC Réunion).
Organized by Centro Cultural Franco-Moçambicano (CCFM) and Centro Cultural Moçambicano-Alemão (CCMA) in Maputo, Mozambique. Funded by the Elysee Fund.
The exhibition series at Daimler Contemporary was accompanied by a varied program of events, with lectures, talks, readings and discussions featuring artists, curators and theorists. One of the key event in the supporting program was a two-day-symposium in September 2015, where experts from China and from Europe sketched out the development of Chinese art over the last 15 years in a variety of media, and engaged in critical discussion.
